The entire experience with Chase Residential was smooth and professional. Chase Residential, and specifically Tom & Dharmesh, really understood our needs and what we are looking for. Also, the viewings were consolidated so we can have a look at more than one flat at a time, and this enabled us to save time and be more efficient in our search. They also provided valuable local insights and explained the entire process from end-to-end, and for us that was critical since we are coming from a completely different system in terms of how to rent a place and how the process works. We are really happy with the whole experience.
